So light, airy, almost ethereal… I was captivated by this top on my last shopping spree in the Mitten:
To be prefectly frank, a size up would probably drape a bit better over my chest, but this was the last one. NO WAY was I passing on this treasure! When I bought it, the nude underlayer and the top were connected at the bottom. But it kept creeping up on me, so my tailor separated them. I now tuck the underlayer into my pants:
Ooh-ooh! Here's the back:
Unfortunately, I have to cover the gorgeousness to go to court :(
Didn't have time to do my hair again… haircut is scheduled for Tuesday! :)

DJ/Radio Producer-turned-Lawyer attempts to dress like a grown-up. Sometimes I comically fail. And I occasionally post fun stuff, like music videos, book-club reviews, or photos of beauty or oddity.
I like it under the jacket. I think having a defined shoulder helps balance your figure.
ReplyDeleteIt's a gorgeous top....and I agree with freed; it looks wonderful under the jacket. I understand the need to balance the figure...I have that issue too. Pears are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteWow, that's gorgeous. Great find. Eager to see your new haircut. Going for a pixie look? :)

Oh it looks like a water color painting, so pretty.
ReplyDeleteThis is such a pretty delicate top and I love how you show it both ways, with and without a blazer because I always find myself loving tops that can be versatile. Very pretty even if you didn't have time to do your hair again it looks styled perfectly with this
