DJ/Radio Producer-turned-Lawyer attempts to dress like a grown-up. Sometimes I comically fail. And I occasionally post fun stuff, like music videos, book-club reviews, or photos of beauty or oddity.
FYI: I was doing this entire blog from my Android phone, snatching moments out of my busy life for quick photos. But I hate auto-correct with a purple passion, so now I'm using the computer for most of the work. I am still using my phone for the photos, though. My photo sizes may be erratic, and the quality isn't stellar. I am not a professional blogger, and do not have time for lots of scenic poses with a great camera. I don't even own a great camera! However, I DO appreciate your continued feedback, even in the absence of photographic artistry.

Back to work... and it's already kicking my butt!

Yesterday I had court all day, then grocery shopping... I'm whipped!



I almost fell asleep in the lawn chair, but Hubby rallied me enough to get into PJs and go to bed. I'm pretty sure I was alseep before 8pm!

My real outfit photos are a little more flattering, I swear! The top is another one of my birthday presents to myself. When we were shopping, Freeda liked it, Hubby didn't. I decided I needed this in my wardrobe:



Isn't it purty? I'm not sure about the combination with the jacket I picked today... the colors match:



So I'd love opinions on this combination because I'm a bit unsure of it:



I know these Crocs don't go... but I hurt too much to care:

    Hm, I am not sure about the jacket/top combo!

    You know I like that top - I own it in a different color scheme!

    I really love the colours in that top, very nice. I think it would look great with a burgundy or maroon piece.

    I'm not 100% about the jacket/top combo, I like them each but not so much together. You do looke nice, the colours/colour scheme looks nice on you.

    I have always loved a turquoise and brown combo. It always makes me happy. I like the outfit.
